Technical and Vocational Training Organization (TVTO) affiliated to the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social welfare was founded in 1980 by integrating three training bodies- MOLSA’s General Directorate for Vocational Trainings, Apprenticeship Fund and Apprenticeship Society - as Technical and Human Force Training Organization.
